Fort Flipper, America's Buffalo Soldiers CAPSAG Encampment is designed to educate and guide young people of all persuasions, with a special emphasis on youth-at-risk, in a no nonsense military environment via Caring Adults Providing Support and Guidance (CAPSAG).

The mission of Fort Flipper, America's Buffalo Soldiers CAPSAG Encampment is to create a highly disciplined arena not designed to keep students entertained but to bring them back to reality where they can function like responsible young people. ABSRA helps students be accountable for their actions whether they like it or not. Fort Flipper, America's Buffalo Soldiers CAPSAG Encampment will strive to enable students to appreciate their education while emphasizing personal growth, create an optimum teaching and learning environment using various multimedia delivery systems to increase student retention, academic achievement, develop meritorious character and leadership skills.

Furthermore, Fort Flipper, America's Buffalo Soldiers CAPSAG Encampment paid and volunteer staff will make a professional and personal commitment to insure that every student learns, and experiences daily success. ABSRA needs a donation of $5,000,000 to acquire the land and build Fort Flipper.
