The Pony Express

This is a timed event where two (2) riders, at the same time, must utilize two (2) saddled horses. At the sound of the whistle the riders (carrying a set of saddle bags), mount their first horse and race to the opposite side of the arena, dismounting their first and mounting their second horse, within the designated area, while continuing to race back to the starting line. (Transportation and Insurance Inclusive)

A team of two (2) participates in this event, whereby one participant races to pick up his saddle. He continues to a horse held at the opposite end of the arena by his partner, and saddles the horse as fast as possible, racing back to the finish line. This event requires two (2) laps around the arena and is run by two (2) participants at the same time. The first lap is on horseback, jumping obstacles and pole bending. The second lap requires two (2) riders to dismount their horses and continue on foot. This is a timed event. (Transportation and Insurance Inclusive)
